Tab Payment Problem

I put $120 credit on account so I can pay off my $120 tab balance. When I click to pay my tab I get:

You have not been a customer long enough.
You have not paid your first bill.
You are on a spending limit.

I have been a customer for a few years and none of the above applies to my account. So now what?

If you have been a long time customer and that line has been active for a while, it could be a glitch.

I would suggest you call Koodo and ask the agent to do it for you.

You could call 611 from your Koodo handset, or 1 (866) 995-6636. You could also send them messages through facebook or twitter.

However, as they are quite busy right now, I would suggest you call early (avoid peak hours) or/and prepare to wait for agent.

I recommend sending Koodo a private message via facebook or twitter, unless you like waiting on the phone for hours
