Tab Expired but got email saying i get koodo-credit. but the -mail is gone now. how do i redeem?

i was collecting my tab for about 6 years and it only got to like $130 but then it expired suddenly without warning and koodo sent me an e-mail saying i get koodo credit which i want to use for a new phone but i cant find the e-mail now and now i just have $0 tab which is unfair because i have been a loyal koodo customer for many years and for that i deserve something especially since i got an email saying i get koodo-credit!

Hey o00thunderhawk00o .whenever you go to purchase a new phone that full $150 positive tab credit will be available to use towards a new phone. This can be achieved buying online (make sure to sign into your self serve account first) or by visit your local Koodo kiosk when your ready to upgrade.

ooooh that would be so good but how do i know or do they even know that's a thing or is it cuz i cant actually accumulate a new tab? like does this credit expire and do i need proof or is it automatic when i go to a kiosk? cuz i will go right now and get that phone if its all set up yo i am very worried i missed my opportunity for this tab/credit thing....also thank you
