I was under the impression that once my phone was paid off or after two years my $5 tab charge would disappear. I'm now on a SIM Only tab with a positive tab balance and I'm still seeing this $5 tab charge on my bill. How do I get rid of this?

Hi, yes I took the advice and contacted a Koodo Rep through Twitter. I've been credited for the months I was paying the $5 charge after my tab was over and I shouldn't be seeing the charge again. Thanks everyone.
