I paid for my phone in full. Why do I have a tab balance? I am a new customer to Koodo.
Is this your first month with Koodo? You didn't take over ownership of some other account? Did page 3 say anything about making a tab payment as part of your bill? Billing disputes generally require calling 611 to settle. Since you said that you never got a tab, and it shows a negative balance, even if it's .91, I'd say you should either send a private facebook message to Koodo's page or call in to get it removed.
Hey Jaki - not sure if the store explained this, but the regular price of your phone was actually $550 at the time of purchase. You were given a bonus activation credit of $190, but in order to get that you had to take a tab. So even though you purchased the phone outright, there's a tab of $1 on your account, and you benefited by getting the phone for $359 instead of $550. Hope that helps.
