It seems my tab balance is not going down month over month. It was 150 the last time I checked and I just checked again and it's still 150. Is this some sort of scam to get more money out of me or is the balance just not adjusting?
If you're sure it hasn't been going down and there's an error in the system you'll have to contact Koodo directly by sending them a Private message to their FB page or Twitter account where they can verify your account and further assist you on this matter.
Hey Shane - the best place to verify would be your ebills - as Allan suggested above. You can view your current and previous bills in Self Serve, and see for yourself that indeed the balance has been coming down each month.
