It should sync automatically. The same thing that shows up on your phone will show up on your computer.

Not if you're using POP3

Best way to do this is to setup the account as exchange active sync or imap if either is supported by your email server. Both of these use 2-way sync.

If you're using Gmail use the IMAP settings. that type of setting creates a true sync.

I have questions then about how I set up the account as an exchange active sync or imap. I do use POP3 . . . I'm away from the system for a while. Thanks and will be back.

We'd be happy to help, but it varies from provider to provider. What provider is your email with? (hotmail, gmail, yahoo, rogers, telus, sympatico?)

Yea, knowing what email is being used would be great since Koodo does not have an email service(as in, no XXX@koodomobile.com)

instructions for iphone are here: http://support.mcsnet.ca/emailsetup/i...
if outgoing server settings are required, use the ones for telus.
If you can't figure out what to put in a particular box on the phone, ask, we'll help on a line by line basis.
