Switching over from Rogers?...

I am currently with Rogers but I am extremely unhappy with the service as well as the company as a whole. I have recently moved and do not get service at all. Everyone there that has TELUS gets great service. I understand you guys go through the same towers as TELUS is that right? If so, what would be the best route for switching over to you from Rogers? Do I contact them first?
Many thanks for your time! Julie

Welcome on board, first you should purchase Koodo SIM, your rogers phone should be unlocked, activate your SIM and port your rogers number to Koodo network

Julie, Mat brings up an excellent point here. I was assuming that you wanted a new phone from Koodo. Could you let us know what your preference is?

If you want to keep your number, you'll have to sign up with Koodo before cancelling your Rogers account. Koodo will the cancel your Rogers account. You will be responsible for any applicable cancellation fees from Rogers.

Shop around: Koodo kiosks, Best Buy, Future Shop, Mobile Shop (my favourite reseller), etc. They all have different promotions for new customers.
