Switching to E-Bill Option Not Showing

I followed the steps on the FAQ's to switch to the E-Bill, went into change address > change and all I have is the ability to change my address, there is no change bill type/notifications option on that page

Hi Richard - I was able to verify your account and switch your status to ebill. You should receive future invoices to the same email address you used to register for this community.
