I need extra data for two months. Can I upgrade my plan now but after the tywo months switch back to a less expensive/less data plan?

Absolutely! You can change your plan once per billing cycle.

How much more do you need? If it's just a little bit, it might be worth it to do the 1gb for 20 dollars option provided once you hit your limit.

More than that. But when I reached my limit that didn't come up as an option, just $10 for 300mb

@Kelly: just one note when switching on the calling minute proration. If your plan wasn't an unlimited one, your minute allowance is limited based on how many days passed with your current billing cycle. Make sure you didn't pass that minute allowance, or you might have to pay overage.

Ok thanks. But switching back to the less expensive plan won't be a problem, in another billing cycle.

As long as that plan still exists.  If Koodo increases prices and the less explensive plan no longer exists, then you are out of luck

Also, if you have a promo plan with bonus data, that bonus data doesn’t transfer to your new plan
