Switching from Telus but keeping my phone number.

I wasnt able to keep my phone number when I switched from Telus to Koodo because I didn't have my Telus account number at the time. Now that I have the account number, do I have to call Koodo or can I do the change with the self-serve service? Also, is there a fee?

If your telus account is still active then you could have it ported in now. You will have to contact customer care or visit a booth to have that done.

You can port your number via self serve.

Just choose to change your number and there should be an aption to port a number over
