I am currently with Rogers but am looking around to switch. We have 4 phones under our shared plan with Rogers (one of them is our kid in Montreal), do you have shared plans? If so, how much and how does it work? Also for one of the line we need to have long distance to USA

Koodo does not have share plans however there is free calling between all the lines on a single account.

There are no shared plans. Each plan must have its own assigned plan. You can make calls to each other on the same account. As for the U.S calling. You will need a U.S calling add on for that. Check out www.koodomobile.com for plans and add ons.

Unlimited US calling is a 10 dollar add-on.

@ Brigitte Even without share-plans many of our customers are much better value for their needs. Also, don't hesitate to use our refer a friend program and you can get extra bill credits: https://referafriend.koodomobile.com/public/home.pg?lang=en

If you get your phone unlocked you can certainly use it with us. Just need to get a SIM card. Keeping your number is not a problem. Don't cancel your line, when you are ready come to one of our stores and we will take care of everything. Will need a couple of IDs (drivers licence etc.) and your Rogers account number. Easy peasy! :-)
