Switching From Public Mobile Waiting for SIM CARD

Iam porting over from Public mobile which is from the offer that was sent to us, but i am still waiting for my SIM card, 
I did the online swtich march 9th and no updated on my order it still says

"Once approved, shipping and tracking information will be emailed to
 you."


My Public Mobile ends March 19th and i am worried i will be out of service since i havent even gotten SIM card.

"Order No. HFO19461308  | Order Date: March 9, 2018"

Can anyone do anything to speed up the process. If i known that it was going to be such a hassle, i would of stayed at PM.

Nothing anyone can do to speed up the process. Everyone else is in the same boat. There has been notices on Koodo's site now for awhile they say it will take up to 10 days though.

and yes it can be done to speed it up, ill just call them in morning,

I meant Koodo is putting out orders as fast as they can and in order of who ordered first. The only way that could be sped up would be to put your order ahead of people who ordered first which they won't do.

YMMV, but, I'm in basically the same boat: here's my dates in case it helps give others an approximate idea; I'm in the GTA.
I switched from PM to koodo online on Thurs 3/8/2018; received notification on 3/15/2018, and, according to canadapost tracking my SIM card is out for delivery today, Fri 3/16/2018; So, if it does show today, then a total of 8 days from when I ordered. my PM is up for renewal on Mar 25th. A colleague told me his was 7 days from ordering to receiving his SIM.

I also ordered on March 8 and has yet received any notification. Hopefully soon... wish I knew online orders would take this long and I would order much earlier. Koodo didn’t announce the delay until quite recently.

im going to have no phone Mar 19, 2018 i stop public mobile this really sucks can i go in store to get sim?

Hi C, I ordered on Mar 8 and just received email that the SIM has shipped (email says it will be delivered in 3-5 business days).  Hopefully your will be coming soon!

Hi.  I ordered on March 7 and haven't got a notice about the SIM shipping yet.  That's 2 full weeks as of today.  Luckily my PM account is good for another month.
