Switching from Public Mobile

I've received a text from Public mobile to switch to Koodo. I tried several times time to do the switch but every time I press checkout it kept telling me "Something went wrong". What should I do now?

When did you get the text? There was a recent promo to move to Koodo from Public Mobile but it ended March 31. It might be expired.

I got it by 3:02 PM ADT. Said the promo code expires by May 13th.

Try using a different browser to do the switch and it might work.

You could try calling and explain the problem and they might have a solution. A koodo store also might be able to help you but remember when activating in-store you will be charged a $30 activation fee. The fee is waived when activating online.

In store, there is a connection fee of 30$ that applies, online the connection fee will be waived!

Try to delete cookies and cached data, after doing so... Re-try again, go to the website, then Shop, select bring your own device (Sim Card) add it to cart, and then make sure you input the promo code, it is case sensitive, after that, just follow the prompts...

Tried the way and on another device as well. No good... Something must be wrong during the process, it's just at the very end when I am trying to submit the order..

Yes, using Mats suggestion from earlier today to contact Koodo directly.

You can PM to their Facebook Account, DM to Twitter or callĀ 1-866-995-6636. Facebook or Twitter are usually the easiest.

If it's still not gonna work, maybe it's better to go to a koodo store/kiosk instead. Your last resort. i know there is $30 connection fee but it's better than loosing a great deal.
