If I am a prepaid costumer can I change to a monthly plan? I know my friend is on a monthly plan and she pays $30(incoming/outgoing calls weekends and after 5, unlimited text, 100 minutes). I'm paying $35 for unlimited INCOMING calls on weekends and after five only, and unlimited text. If I want the same plan that she has I have to pay $45. Is there any way to switch to her plan?

Sure, you can go online and apply for postpaid service, you'll need a new sim as the prepaid sims are only good for prepaid.

Koodo will run a credit check and send you a new sim card. Just pop the new sim into your phone and off you go.

Oh and because you already have a phone, you can ask koodo for an additional 10% off your bill each month.

If you're keeping your number you can set everything up right online. Just keep your prepaid service active so you can port the number over to the new sim.

If you have any boosters, you may want to use them up before you port over as they have no cash value and can't be transferred to postpaid.
