I have just switched to Koodo from PM. In the promotion offer i got , there was mentioned i would get a $100 bill credit and it was even seen in the SIM request reciept.

But when I finally transfered my number from PM to Koodoo i see only a bill i must pay and no any credit.

Could anyone clarify me how I can get this promised credit?
Thank you.

It has been said here that it should come by the 2nd bill in 4 $25 installments.

I accepted theĀ PM-->Koodo migration offer as well and even though Koodo rep seemed to think it was a $25 x 4 months credit can confirm it was indeed a one time $100 activation credit.

Have you received your first shortened cycle bill already it should be similar to below?

Total partial charges .................................................................................. $4.00

Monthly and other charges (Feb 18 to Mar 17)

$40 4GB Unltd min Plan SFD $40.00

Additional data $7/100MB SFD

Shock-free Data 4GB

Unlimited SMS and MMS

Activation Bill Credit - $100.00

Total monthly and other charges ...........................................................- $60.00

In my first email from Koodo I had :

Monthly charges on your bill
$40 4GB Unltd min Plan SFD $40.00
Monthly Tab charge $0.00
Sub total $40.00
HST (13.0%) $5.20
Monthly bill credit (1months) -$100.00
Total due each month -$54.80
(plus applicable taxes and fees)

But in my Self serve there was nothing about that !!!
It was just a bill for $46.7

Hi,
Can you take a snapshot of the pdf bill? (-$54.8) is likely a credit amount.
The $40 rateplan + tax = $45.2. so if you have a credit of 100, your account would have 100 - 45.2 = $54.8 credit left.

Are you sure there is not a negative/minus sign on balance at the bottom?

If you don't see it on this bill, It should be on the second one (as you already had confirmation from Koodo about $100 credit).

If you wish to contact Koodo, I would suggest you send them a message to facebook to check (to avoid the wait on the phone)

Yeah it looks like your initial cycle was only 1 day just probably not enough time for the $100 credit to correctly post on account it should definitely appear on next bill.
