Switching from my current plan to a newer one using self serve doesn't show all plan options.

I have the $39/mo plan (300 mins | 300MB data). I'm trying to switch my plan to the new $38/month (500 min | 500MB data) but under the "Change plan" link in my profile I only have $25, 30, 35, 40, 45 etc. plans. How can I Self serve change my plan to one of these newer plans?

You have to call customer service to change from an old plan to one of the new ones, you also need to pay off your tab in full before you can make the switch.
