Just wondering, did Koodo "lose service" the other day? I was switched to Telus for a bit. Not a big deal I'm sure I wont be getting extra charges or anything.
If they did "lose service" good job on getting it back up so quickly.

Koodo and Telus are on the same network so It must've just been a network glitch where you were.

I'm not sure if they lost service the other day but since nobody complained about it yesterday I'm pretty sure there wasn't a service outage. Either way they operate on the same network so you're good! :)

I think what you mean is that on your phone it showed telus instead of koodo. It happens some time because, as the folks stated above, they run off the same network. It doesn't affect your service at all though.

I used to always get TELUS rather than Koodo but now recently I don't. It's nothing to worry about haha.
