Switched providers, trying to pay off tab.

I just ported my Koodo line to Freedom Mobile and logged into my Koodo account to pay off my tab but it doesn't show my tab balance, the page is literally just an empty green bar on an empty blue background and it says I have no balance owing. I do have pre-authorized payments set up with Koodo but I haven't been charged since I paid my regular phone bill was withdrawn a few days ago. I would just like to be sure of what's going on and have my account sorted out so nothing comes to bite my credit in the butt in future. Thank you.

This maybe just a temporary state because of the port-out process. Once completed you should be able to see any outstanding amount on your self serve account along with your last bill. Take a look if by end of day all is abck again. You do have 90 days post port-out to still access your account.
