Switched plans to one with Data yesterday, haven't been able to use the Data yet.

I've got an iPhone. I recently had the $25 a month plan with the $5 Unlimited Messaging add-on. I recently upgraded to the $40 a month with 500gb of Data. So far I cannot use the Data.  
I've turned Data off/on, tried restarting my phone, toggled airplane mode, updated my OS and carrier settings. I've also reset my network settings. I've checked my account and there's no data block in place either. What can I do to use Data?

How did you check for data block? Via Self Serve? When I added data to my wife's line (who had a data block before) it wasn't showing in Self Serve. I had to call in and get them to remove it.

Did you ever have data block enabled?

There can be an "invisible" data block that you don't see but Koodo does. I'd send off an email via the contact us pqg or a private Facebook message about it. Only other thing I can think o is if individual ap have data disabled in settings.

same problem for me, i just added data and it was working fine for one day then all of a sudden i have a data block and can't get rid of it. who am I meant to be messaging on Facebook to fix this?
