This is a little confusing. Please clarify.

If your old phone #/account was cancelled then it's gone.

If the old phone #/account is still in service, then you can port it in using the account # from that provider.

Do you mean you have 2 Koodo accounts now?

I'm assuming that you have an existing Koodo phone with your current phone number, and have recently purchased an iPhone which you want to use as your current phone. If this is the situation, then you simply need to take the SIM card out of your old phone and put it in your iPhone. If you have the iPhone 5/5C/5S, then it uses a nano SIM and most likely your existing phone doesn't use that type of SIM. In the case where your current SIM card does not fit your iPhone, then you will need to purchase a new SIM from Koodo, activate the SIM card on your account, then insert it into your iPhone. Your iPhone will then be usable with your current phone number.

Jonathan, I think OP means they just want to switch phones to the new phone.

If so:

1. Log in to Self Serve
2. Click on Mobile Phone tab
3. Click on Swap Mobile Phone
4. Follow the prompts

Make sure to check that your old SIM fits in your new phone, or that you have a new correct-sized SIM for your new phone. New SIMs will cost you $10
