My wife's old Samsung flip won't hold a charge anymore. We have my son's old LG Slide which still works great and both phones were from Koodo. Can we transfer my wife's phone number from the Samsung to the LG?

Yep! Just swap sims and you are good to go! If they are CDMA phones go to a kiosk and they can sort it out for you quick and easy.

Mo D,
CDMA phones (non sim card devices) can be activated via self serve.
Once the serial number is entered they need to program the phone.
Dial *22803 + send (Over the Air Service Provisioning)

This is the same process as to swap a sim card on self serve.

Of course :) Are those phones new enough to have a SIM card, Michael? In that case all you need to is swap SIM cards, that's it :) If one or both phones are still using the old system, I believe you'd need to go in self service and activate the phone there. Either case is doable :)

Hi folks,
Thanks for your help

No sim cards...the phones are about 3 yrs old.

Thanks Xavier...I found the Self Serve spot and it looks like I just need to input the MEID of the LG online to swap the phone over. And save 25$ in the process :)
Thanks again
