Switch plan to limited time offer plan

I want to switch plan but when I select the option switch plan, it doesn't show the 35$ plan with unlimited minutes and 1 gb of data, only the 35 with 200 min instead.. and I can't get the 35$ plan unless I put a new phone to my cart... what should I do to get the first mentionned plan without changing phone.Thank you

Did you log into self serve first?

Do you have a negative tab? If you do, you will need to pay off your tab first then change your plan.

It should, but if it doesn't, you can call in and they can change it. It won't cost you anything to call in if you can't do it yourself.

I have exceeded my minute usage this month, if I change it before the next cycle, will I pay the price of my new plan or will my new unlimited usage won't count for the minutes i've used extra and I will still be chrged for them? Thank you

If you change your plan in middle of the billing cycle, your airtime minutes will be prorated. So if you've exceeded your minutes already, you will get charge for minutes.
What is your billing cycle? and how many minutes you went over?
