I have the money in my prepaid account and Want to switch from my pre-paid to monthly plan now what's gonna happen with my prepaid account money and how am I going to switch from my pre-paid to monthly plan?

Hi Sabbir,
You should be able to transfer your remaining credit ($$$) in your prepaid account to postpaid (monthly). However, all of your remaining minutes will be gone.

... so it's a move best done once your remaining boosters are as close to zero as possible. But balance that out against data and minutes being substantially cheaper with a post-paid plan provided you can use up a substantial part of your allotment every month. Depending on where you live, post-paid is a better offer if you use more than 1 GB of data per month.

Hi, I've just switched my account from prepaid to monthly, but I forgot about my remaining credit when I was talking to the reps at the kiosk. How can I make sure the credit was transferred?

You could try to call the Kiosk and see if they can give you the remaining credit. If they couldn't, you properly had to contact Koodo directly (send message to their facebook or call 611). It would be good if you had some evidence of the credit before transferring.

I contacted them through Facebook and 611 and they indicated that the credit would be transferred after 2 or 3 billing cycles.

I don't need minutes but Just want to confirm about money thingy yeah if I can transfer remaining credits then it's okay

Just make sure you remind the agent at the kiosk about the remaining credit so they can check and transfer it properly for you.
