Switch account language to English

I'm a Koodo customer in Ottawa, ON. When I receive my Ebill or get any text messages with current offers or alerts about my data usage or bill due date,everything is in French.I want to switch it to English. I cannot find in my profile how to switch it. Could you help please?

If I recall, you need to contact Koodo directly so they can adjust your profile.

You can change language on your handset manually and on voicemail by going through the menus, but billing and preferred language of communication are set-up at the time your account is opened. If you have a QC area code, then the default is probably French. Save yourself come telephone waiting time and send Koodo a private message on Facebook or Twitter by clicking on one of the logos at the bottom of the page.

I have the same problem....I called and got everything switched to English....I thought until I got a French text asking how the phone support went....lol, not as good as I thought!
