Sorry to hear that you lost your phone. As a first step, you will definitely want to call Koodo and flag this to them. Have you purchased a new sim card? If so, all you need to do is ask Koodo to move over your previous number to the new sim card and disable the old sim card on your account. Your plan should stay exactly the same.
