Currently using Micro SIM and want to change it to Nano SIM as I bought a new phone, which requires Nano SIM version. Phone number should not change. Is there a way to change SIM via self serve or Koodo Kiosk is the only option? Where exactly should I do that on the Self Serve, if it is an option?

You can change it on koodo self serve, all you're doing is registering it

Thanks. But registering what? existing Micro SIM? The goal is to order (?) a nano-SIM online, (or should I go to the Kiosk?), get it and then, obviously - register. How can I order that online?

You'll be registering (activating) the new SIM via Koodo's Self Serve once you receive it. You can order it online, or you can get it at a Koodo kiosk or retail partner, whatever's most convenient for you

Koodo has separate SIMs for prepaid vs. monthly. Make sure you get the correct one. The prepaid is $20 and includes a $20 service credit. The postpaid is $10.

Thanks Ivan. I just haven't managed to find the place on-line, where I can order a new SIM tied to the same number. Can you point me to the right location? ...it seems, visiting the Kiosk is the best bet here. Thanks again.

Hi Victor, simply log in your Self Serve account and click on "Accessories", located under the "Phones" tab on the left part. Thank you!

Visit the kiosque if you can. In and out with service in hand and no outstanding issues.

I agree with Bob, it is much easier if you can go to Koodo kiosk. If you get a sim card from kiosk, they will activate it for you most of time.

If you still want to order sim card online, you can find it under the phone accessories. There will be a shipping fee.
