suspension options not in service

My husband's phone was stolen and the automated phone system says it can't suspend it right now and the electronic system is not available right now either. How can I suspend the service so that we don't incur additional charges?

Sorry to hear that Heather. :( Have you tried clearing the cache and cookies in your browser then relogging into self serve? Or phone koodo, and ask them to suspend service on your husband's phone. 1-866-995-6636
