I'd love a little more info on suspending service for a lost phone. All Koodo says is "You have elected to suspend the following mobile phone's service " when on the tab for LOST/STOLEN PHONE. My question is: What does this do? Does it simply not allow inbound/outbound calls? Does it take effect immediately? And if we find the phone, can I simply reverse the suspension on the website , and does the phone start working again? Thanks! Feeling a little reluctant to choose an option like this without knowing what it means.
