Is it possible to 'suspend' my account without having to actually cancel? I can't afford to pay the monthly bill as of right now and I really don't want to lose the plan I have and actually cancel my account.. :/ My bill is caught up and everything and I've always been in good standing.

There is no way to suspend your plan and yet keep it I'm afraid, Caila. The only option is the seasonal hold, but 1) that is only if you travel out of the country and 2) more importantly, you can't go back to your old plan, you have to pick a new one that is available at the time.

May I ask if you are behind right now? It will damage your credit but Koodo won't cut you off until your past 60 days or more. In that time you can make partial payments via credit card or online banking. I have a variable income and sometimes I have to do what I have to do. Don't let it go past 29 days with out calling in to make a payment arrangement. Sometimes self serve will be able to automatically make the arrangements for you. Just log in once you're past your due date.

Good luck

The only way to keep the plan you have, if you consider it precious, is just to go on paying for it.

Where do you live? Click on the regions area on the bottom of the page to see what current plans in your area are offered. SK, MB and QC will probably have better deals than elsewhere.

God bless Videotron.
