Hello, koodo has suspended my services because of suspicious activity. I dont know what I have done. I just got text and they stopped services. please help me what to do?. I am trying to call them but its been 1 hour and 30 miniutes waiting on phone.
Hi Rick. Chances are you've called customer care outside it's working hours. Your best bet is to change your plan for the month only through the self-help option and your challenge would be solved. Or you can wait during the regular business hours for a live agent to help you. Just be patient; they'll get everything resolved; I believe in their abilities
