I am currently abroad and would like to suspend my services with Koodo during this time.  I can reactivate my services when I return.  How can I achieve this ?

There is the option of going on seasonal hold for 15 dollars a month although you lose your plan and must get an available in market plan when you take it of suspend.

Other options include switching over to prepaid because then you can pay 15 every 89 days or to a voip provider so you can retain use of the number while you are out of country via WiFi or data.

I'd prefer to cancel.  Do you know how I can contact a representative online ?

Simply send a private message to Koodo via Facebook Messenger or DM via Twitter if you are already out of country. Otherwise call 611 and tell them the date that you wish to cancel.

You can contact Koodo to put your plan on seasonal hold for $15/month.
When you get back you will have to choose from Koodos current plan offerings and therefore may not get the same plan back that you currently have.
Heres all the info about seasonal hold:

Normally you would have to call in to cancel, as you are abroad, you could try to use skype or some voiip program (call them at 1 (866) 995-6636). You might also contact agent through their facebook (https://www.facebook.com/Koodo).

Hangouts Dialer worked well for me while I was in Europe the past couple of weeks.  (My inbound calls forwarded to my Fongo number, less so, but that's another story.)

Mark, try Hangouts Dialer for Android or Hangouts for iPhone.  You can bring up a dial pad and call the 866 number Dinh posted above, provided you have WiFi or mobile data through a local SIM wherever you are.
