Maybe your phone was not within reach of the network? Voicemails can only be delivered to a phone that is on and connected to Koodo towers :)

The voicemail should have always been there. Maybe it was the notification that was delayed.

Not the first or last time this has happened using Bell/Telus network. Had repairs done to a stranded car a few years ago: towed to dealership at 4:00 pm with just an obvious broken radiator hose. They said they would call if car was fixable same day. Had no news, so rented a call to cover for the next day. At 10 am the following day I received a voice mail sent PREVIOUS day at 5:25 pm telling me the car was ready!

Phone was entirely operational during the intervening period. Needlessly spent over $100 on unnecessary rental / gas / time & trip back and forth.

I'm sorry to hear that. It's not happened to me personally. I'd advise you to call customer service to complain, as there may be an issue in your area that they're unaware of.
