I see there's room for improvement in direct communications from Koodo. I got an email from Koodo in French, subject was "Upgrade Confirmation D'Ordre. Ordre# - HFOXXXXXXXX". In this case, Order should be translated to "Commande". "Ordre" in French translates to order meaning sequence (not a purchase order).
Also through refer a friend, got the page in English. Text says "Thank you for updating your Numéro de téléphone Koodo!". I've received official communication from other Telco's, and they never mix up the languages or use "anglicisms/poor translation" in my experience with them.
Perhaps Telus could triple-check its documents used for external communication for more professional translations?
