Suddenly Unable to Send Pictures/Videos After Purchasing a Data Booster on my Prepaid Account?

I have had a prepaid account with Koodo for about 2 years now, I've always been able to send pictures and videos through MMS as it is a part of my plan. I have never had a data booster or data package.

About a week ago, I purchased a $20 500MB Data booster, and used it up within a few days (waste of money).
Since the data booster has run out, I have been unable to send/receive pictures or videos on my phone. I have tried restarting my phone, I have tried pulling the sim card and putting it back in, I have tried turning off the mobile data and turning it back on, nothing seems to work.

Has this ever happened to anyone? And what do you do to fix it?

I can confirm that your base plan does indeed give you unlimited picture messaging.

You’ll need to call us to fix this issue as you already did the first steps of troubleshooting that I would have suggested.

Please give us a call by dialing *611.
