I got a plan through Koodo 2 years ago as part of a plan with a friend I have requested records of the bills up dated package access to account and am unable to RECIEVE any of the above. I have paid my phone off but have learned this person rolled my account over when they upgraded their phone several months so I want control over the my phone what do I do.

You need to speak with the person to get your line spun off to its own account. If they won't do it, then you're out of luck and will have to get your own account and line. Sorry what do you mean by rolled account over?

Got a new phone and ended up with a gift card as part of the reward so I'm guessing entered into an other contract.

Hmm that's unfortunate. The tab follows the line so you'd also have to have your friend pay it off if you want to move it to your own onlwnerdhip.
