Strange email

Hi. I just received an email from Koodo today saying that I changed my plan for a prepaid plan but I did not ask for any change of plan. I checked online my account and still my plan. But Why Koodo sent me that email?

Everyone received it. Even non-prepaid customers. It was a glitch and nothing has actually been changed on your account. Even I received the email.
