I transferred my number from my husband's account to my own on October 27. However, I stopped receiving bills since then, and I cannot view my profile, usage, etc. on the website. What happend?

You said you can't view your profile,etc.
So, can you log in ?  But you can't access to anything or you can't login neither?

Also, can you ask your husband if he still receiving bill included yours or not?

I've always been successfully login with my email address and password since I had the Koodo phone number. Before transferring, my husband login with my email address and password to pay the bills. Now I can still login, but unable to see my profile, etc.
After I login, it says "You do not have a balance owing". And when I view my bill, the total due is $11.7, which was incurred when I made the transfer I guess, and nothing else. When I click "pay my bill", it says "We appreciate the gesture, but you can't make a payment on account #***  right now since there's no balance owing". So basically I cannot do anything about it.

Ahhh....I think I know what the problem is. If  same email address is being used for the older account (the one that was deactivated) and the new that may cause the issue. Send us a private message on Facebook and we will delete the old profile.

I don't think old account is deactivated since her husband is with Koodo...?
I'm thinking they (her and her husband) have their own account each now and her husband is still using old Email.

@Faith
Either way,  send PM to Koodo and they will help you out.

OP mentioned she did a transfer of ownership/number. Typically that means the other account is deactivated unless there were multiple lines on it.

I see. Because I have 4 lines under my husband, so I was assuming they are same too ;)

Bernard,
If the email and login are the same, would a Transfer of ownership really be necessary?  Can't you just change the name or add a name on the account?

Faith,
What did you do a transfer of ownership is the login and all stayed the same?

Marybeth she wanted to be responsible for her bill, not by her husband anymore...?
That’s why Koodo run a credit check on the person to take over the account .
