Stop Tab accrual once phone paid in full?

I maintain a Koodo account but mostly forward to my work phone. I do not need to upgrade my Koodo phone which is now paid off in full. Can I stop paying the 10% towards my tab each month? I do not want the accrual/a positive balance

Yup, just call customer service and ask to switch to the no tab discount. You'll get 10% off your plan price instead.

You don't even have to call Customer Service! Just send Koodo an email and they'll change it for you.

Well in that case, you can call in to request a 10% discount on your monthly rate plan in lieu of a positive Tab.

Once your Negative Tab is fully paid off & your Tab balance is at 0.00$ you can then ask Koodo to apply a 10% discount/month to your bill (pre-taxes) instead of earning Positive Tab.
