Why don't you turn off your phone or set it to airplane mode before going to sleep?

Why should you have to because of Telus stupidity?

The easy fix is to call at a respectable time at the customers convenience NOT Telus.

You should be able to opt out of notifications like that. Are you told that you have been and are still getting it? Or that they don't know what to do? Can we have more details of what you ere told.please ?

Check your phone's Sound & notification settings for a Do not disturb period. You may be able to  mute all non-priority calls or messages.

you can reply: "STOP ̈" and you be removed from the notification list. Just know that if you opt out, you won't get notification about data usage...
