How do I stop my TAB. It is building and I see no need for it.

For this issue you would need to call Koodo and ask them to but you plan on bring your own device discount (-10% on your monthly plan). You need to have a positive balance for this tho, which I believe you have? If so dial *611 from your cellphone or

Charles why don't you be a good human and buy a phone with your tab for someone in need. That will also stop you unnecessary worry of your first world problem.

Because I live 300kms from the nearest Koodo store. I have not phone number for Koodo and no direct email address. I would like to upgrade to an Iphone but can only deal with a Tellis store here. They tell me I must go to a main Koodo store.

Unfortunately, they are right. They can't manage your Koodo account from Telus. So I do understand why you want to stop tab accumulating. Call Koodo option #5 then #2
