Stop plan & Do I still have to pay for a full month?

I'm moving to Europe and I would like to stop my plan as of tomorrow. How do I do this? And, second question: do I have to pay for the full cycle/month? This cycle still has 3 weeks left, but I won't use it. Thank you!

Hello Caroline.

Are you leaving definitely in Europe? Or for 1-2 months? If it's definitely cancel your account. If it's for some months, put your account on seasonal hold.

In order to cancel your plan you would need to call koodo. You will not pay for something you have not used.

You will only pay for service up to the day you cancel now as per relatively recent CRTC rulings on the matter.
