Services provider provides phone service.

Did you check android device manager? Blackberry Protect? Or whatever iphone offers?

Make sure to report it stolen via self serve too but do the locate first.

No service provider can find your phone. How would they do that? What if your phone is off or runs out of battery? Even than, unless your "Find my phone" app, if you have it is turned on it's prettey impossible.

Report it to the police. Theft is a crime

Definitively report to the police and call Koodo to flag the IMEI down

You can do this in self serve. Select 'disable device'. Once it's found, you have to call it to enable it. Disabling the device prevents someone who finds it from using it
