I mean that first you overcharged me on several bills, then my phone stopped receiving signal while I am at work, and now you have stopped accepting payment with credit card I have used for over two years. I shouldn't have to spend so much time to pay you guys for a service that I'm not receiving, especially now that you make it so hard to get support.
