Been trying to get rid of my 7$ phone protection add-on I purchased back when I got my phone, Still not working online, and Koodo Reps in store or on Booths don't remove it for you. Do I really have to call Customer Service and get it removed and have to pay the 10$ usage fee for calling customer service? Getting quite fed up.

Hey Alexis,

Yeh only way right now to cancel your Koodo Protection is by calling in to customer service, there is no fee for cancelling your Koodo Protection, only if you are changing your rate plan or anything you can do in your self-serve.

You really need to contact a customer service rep. Since you cannot do it yourself, you will not get charged 10 dollars. Alternatively you could send a private message to London via Facebook Messenger or DM via Twitter in order to get it removed if calling 611 will take too long or isn't your cup of tea.
