still not get referral credit

My friend referred me to Koodo in Oct 2017, I got an email from koodomobile@sparkrefer.com on October 25 confirmed that I would get the referred credit to my account in about 8 weeks. But I still have not received the credit by now.
My account name is Chaoxu Guo. the last 3 digits of my phone number - 669.
Can somebody check it for me?

If you log into the referral site (https://referafriend.koodomobile.com/secure/home.pg)

Under referral history, does it show as completed or awaiting approval?

I checked referral history,I only saw the records I referred my friends to koodo,but I can not see the record my friend referred me to koodo.
I really got the email from koodo@mail.rstrm.com,it said:Congrats, Chaoxu!
You've earned a bill credit because you completed your referral from zhongsui huang.

The e-mail is one thing but getting the credit is another. It might take some time before you receive it after the e-mail was sent.

I agree with Robert.  Wait until the start of February.  If you dont see it by then, then I suggest sending a private message to Koodo via facebook or twitter

@szkevin - I was able to locate your account and am seeing what you mentioned above (pending referral that you made, but not for the referral you received prior to joining). Let me look into this with the team and get back to you with more info. once I have.
