Still getting billed

put my phone on suspension Nov 17, 17.  Still getting billed for "add on ... US LD" .   Oops ?

You put your phone on suspension? Did you specifically suspend it as in lost / stolen? If so you continue to pay your regular amount while it is suspended.

I arranged with Koodo agent by phone while in my home town for Holiday suspension. We do this every year in preparation for our winter holiday. In seems illogical to have "US LD" while the phone is out of service.  We never had this problem in previous years.  
I would expect this problem to be remedied by Koodo.  
Thank you for your response.  I tried to find a way to phone Koodo to discuss the problem but was unable to find any phone number.  Not nice.

Hi Curtis,
You could try to send messages to their facebook/twitter with your account, phone number. They will get back to you later and you don't have to wait on the phone.
