I ordered a phone and SIM card a week ago and have not received any email at all. This was before the message saying that it would take up to 10 business days to be processed. I was wondering if anyone can look into my order and tell me what the status is.

Hopefully a rep will show up here in the morning andook into it for you. Otherwise you'll have to send a private message to Koodo via Facebook Messenger or DM via Twitter to ask. I can only tell you that you will get an email notification when it ships. I'm assuming hat you've also been checking your ju k folder?

Hi Alissa, I can't see any issues with your Mar 9 order at this time - it's in the queue to be processed. We did have the 10 business day message prior to that day, but I understand your frustration with the wait regardless. An agent should be taking a look at it for processing in the near future :)
