Staffing at peak times should be supported. It's not rocket sciecne that when the kids come back to a university town such as Halifax, you will be busy.

You will be busy leading into any holiday...

You need to expand your halifax location's operation methodology as when there are more than 2 dozen customers in the Que. at peak times your Ops guy should be able to come up with a solution.

I'm an Ops guy for a much larger corporation ..Id add another kiosk and at least 4 more staff for peak time traffic at you counter.

You have a great product/service. Hate to see you loose it from being indifferent. One of my sons's has already switched to Bell because he hates your line ups and the online service puts him down for days for an exchange etc...

You'd probably want to talk to the manager of that location as they would likely be in charge of staffing - within reason of course. I think they have limits on how many hours they are allowed to schedule for employees in a week.

Keep in mind that there's also other stores that sell Koodo like The Mobile Shop, which is typically less busy than a mall situation and would subsequently provide you with potentially better service.

Hi gordon,

If there is a walmart and futureshop around your area and they service mobile. They can do new and existing phones. But I believe people come to the kiosk to get more information and a solid answer if they have questions.

Wall Marts a joke Erwin!!! And at Christmas, future shop line ups is 10 times worse than malls, as they can't let anyone purchase phone without ADD ons.

Not all 3rd party stores are like that. Keep in mind that places like Wal-Mart and Future Shop cater to more than just cell phone users. They are capable of doing upgrades for the physical device and you are not required to change your plan if all you are doing is changing the phone.

Hey Gordon, is there a specific store that you'd like us to look at?
