What does the pop up say? Did you forget your password?

I can't get my email address in..... Around the six letter the Video pops up. So I "X" out and type another character and the video pops up again... I "X" out and type on letter and the video pops up...and on and on....... The video is about 14 secs. It is a African American with this flower on her head (made out of tissue paper)... If I watch the whole 14 secs I get stuck can't close. Been like this for a month. I went to apple and they said it was something to do with the Koodu site.

Try clearing browsing history/cache and try again.

If you still have trouble to login, then call tech support, *611 from your phone and option 6

Tell them what you have seen (pops up video), and what you've try to access self serve.
They will help you to fix it.

Have you tried another browser? Is it only with Koodo? Maybe you have a virus pm your computer? Did you try from your cellphone?

On your iPad go to Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data. You will have to enter many of the websites you visit again, but it will clear all cookies and website popups.

Let us know if this fixes things.

BTW, this has nothing to do with Koodo, but was placed on your iPad by some site you visited.

I would add that Koodo absolutely had nothing to do with such things, not koodomobile.com, nor the community url. I am not sure at all why they'd blame a carrier for malware.

No that is not what I meant... They said it was linked to the Koodu website..... Not that it was caused by Koodo........
