I have a Koodo phone plan since Aug 2016. For details see the attached picture of the self-service website. On Feb 27th, I received the following text message:
"Koodo: Good news! The spending limit on your account has been removed. Visit koodomobile.com/selfservice for details". I couldn't find any information on the self-service website, so I'm asking here: Was there a spending limit on my account previously? Why was it removed? What does that imply? Does it have anything to do with the Shock-free data?
Thanks in advance!

"Depending on your credit check, a spending limit is placed on your account at the time of activation. This spending limit is there to help you manage your billed and unbilled charges so that they don’t exceed that limit. After 6 months, your account will be reviewed. If you have good payment history, then the Spending Limit Program will be removed from your account."
